DriveWise BC GLP Program Packages

At U-Drive Driving School, we’re proud to offer the DriveWise BC Graduated Licensing Program (GLP) in partnership with DriveWise BC. This comprehensive program blends interactive online learning with hands-on, in-car training to help new drivers build strong, confident, and safe driving habits from the very beginning.

The DriveWise BC GLP is ICBC-approved and designed using proven methods shown to reduce collision risk for new drivers.

DriveWise BC GLP Program

The program includes:

  • 12 hours of live, instructor-led Zoom classroom sessions
  • 8 hours of self-paced online e-learning, completed at home
  • 12 hours of one-on-one, behind-the-wheel driving lessons with a certified U-Drive instructor

By combining structured education with real-world driving experience, this program gives students the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed on the road.

The program includes:

  • 12 hours of live, instructor-led Zoom classroom sessions
  • 8 hours of self-paced online e-learning, completed at home
  • 12 hours of one-on-one, behind-the-wheel driving lessons with a certified U-Drive instructor
  • Road Test Package **

To help students feel fully prepared on test day, this package also includes:

  • A 30-minute warm-up lesson before your ICBC road test
  • Use of the U-Drive vehicle for your ICBC road test attempt in Courtenay
