Policies
Vehicle lessons:
Vehicle lessons are usually booked Monday through Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (except for night driving sessions).
Motor Vehicle Fees:
Motor Vehicle Fees are the responsibility of the student and are never included in any price offerings.
$15 Knowledge test
$35 Road Test Class 7, $50 Road Test Class 5
$75 Licence
The Road Test:
Road tests booked through the Driving School must be conducted with the Driving School car. Bring two pieces of primary identification. Payment methods accepted at the MVO: Cash, Cheque or Debit.
Three people in the car:
Three people will be in the car from the time a “new” student is picked up, until the “old” student in the back of the car is driven to his drop-off place. (Usually requires five to ten minutes).
Cancellations and No-Shows:
Lessons will be re-booked for cancellations with 12 hours notice. Without
valid explanation, cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment time
will be considered “No-Shows” and
will be re-booked at a class 7 lesson fee ($65.00).
Refunds:
Full refunds are granted with 24 hours notice for individual lessons. All refunds to the original buyer.
Credits:
Not more than two Practical Lessons can be given on credit. Practical lessons
have to be paid in full before the Road Test.
